How do I get a quote without bringing my furniture to you?

A free service that Five Star Design Gallery offers is an “in-home” estimate. Just call and schedule an appointment.

Can you upholster my chair with the fabric I bought from another store?

Five Star Design Gallery has 1000s of fabrics to choose from, but if you’ve fallen in love with a fabric from somewhere else, we are still quite happy to complete your project for you.

I don’t have a truck to bring in my sofa; do you have pick-up and delivery?

Yes, we do! A local area pick-up and delivery typically is $75.00.

How long will it take to upholster my chairs?

Five Star Design Gallery does not want to keep your treasures any longer than necessary. We schedule incoming projects as our work flow dictates. This means once received, some projects may take up to 3 weeks, but very often we have it ready within 7-10 days or less.

Does Five Star sell/build furniture?

Occasionally we happen along a unique sample or two that we are delighted to sell. But better yet, if you are looking to add an item, such as an ottoman, upholstered headboard, or cornice to complete the final touches in your home, Five Star Design Gallery technicians can masterfully build that special piece just for you.

What kind of deposit do you require on projects?

Most often, Five Star Design Gallery does not require deposits. We want you to be happy with the completion of your project and that is when payment is due. Five Star gladly accepts checks and cash at this time.

I work during the week how can I talk to someone about my project and look at fabrics on Saturday?
